Mr. Bachleda has 20 years of experience as a private equity and investment banking investment professional. Prior to forming Revelstoke, Mr. Bachleda was a Managing Director of Eos Partners, a New York City based private investment firm. Prior to Eos, Mr. Bachleda was a private equity investment professional with KRG Capital Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm. Mr. Bachleda began his career as an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions group of Credit Suisse First Boston, based in New York City. Mr. Bachleda is responsible for firm management, fundraising, investment professional development and execution and leadership of Revelstoke’s investment and value creation processes. Mr. Bachleda serves on the board of directors of Upstream Rehabilitation, Fast Pace Urgent Care, Crossroads Treatment Centers, Empire Portfolio Group, Vet’s Best Friend, and Rarebreed Veterinary Partners. Mr. Bachleda has served as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of Nominating and Governance, Compliance, Compensation, Audit and Restructuring committees for publicly-traded and private companies. Mr. Bachleda is on the advisory board of the Burridge Center for Finance at the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a Board Member of United States Ski and Snowboard Foundation.

Prior to GCM, Mr. Cassella was a Principal in the Customized Fund Investment Group of Credit Suisse Group AG. Previously, he held investment banking, operating and consulting positions with Deutsche Bank, Diageo and Deloitte Consulting, respectively. Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Hayes was an Associate in the Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions group at Jefferies in New York City, advising both private equity sponsors and strategic clients on mergers and acquisitions across several healthcare services verticals, including: physical therapy, veterinary services, physician practice management (e.g., ophthalmology, dermatology, etc.), and behavioral health. Mr. Hayes began his career as an Electrical Engineer at Strand Associates Inc., a multidisciplinary engineering design firm headquartered in Madison, WI, where he designed and oversaw implementation of power distribution and control systems for a variety of industrial and municipal clients. Mr. Hayes serves on the board of directors of Upstream Rehabilitation, Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, and Beacon Orthopaedic Partners.

Mr. Shuey has more than 25 years of private equity investing, corporate finance and executive management experience in the healthcare industry.  He currently serves on the board of several leading health care services companies including: Monte Nido; LifeStance Health;  Partners Surgical; Sound Physicians and US Renal Care.  Prior to joining Revelstoke, he was a co-founder and served as the President of Liberty Health Partners which was merged with Remedy Partners before being sold to New Mountain Capital in 2019.  Eric also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Liberty Dialysis Holdings, Inc. and helped grow Liberty into the 3^rd largest chain of dialysis centers in the US before being sold to Fresenius Medical Care AG in early 2012.  Following the sale of Liberty, he helped integrate the company into Fresenius and played a key role in major strategic projects including $1.5 billion of corporate investments and M&A transactions.  Earlier in his career, he served as a Director at DB Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Deutsche Bank responsible for over $10 billion in assets, and a Principal at Aurora Capital Group, a private equity firm.

Mr. Shuey earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, where he was a Palmer Scholar. In addition, he has completed the coursework for a Ph.D. in Management at the Wharton School and earned his BA from California State University, Fullerton with highest honors.

Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Welch was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley, where he executed over $90 billion of transactions across a wide variety of industries including healthcare, consumer, and industrial. Mr. Welch began his career in the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte Consulting, where he advised companies on demand planning, inventory, logistics, and supply chain management. Mr Welch currently serves on the board of directors of Upstream, OrthoAlliance, Family Care Center, and Monte Nido; he previously served on the board of directors of CEI Vision Partners and Transport Investments.

She also spent six years at Whiting Petroleum as the Director of Communications and Corporate Responsibility and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Mr. Nutting has over 25 years of experience as a private equity capital markets and investment banking professional. Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Nutting was the Chief Capital Markets Officer of Marlin Equity Partners. Prior to Marlin, he was Managing Director, Capital Markets & Corporate Finance for The Gores Group. Mr. Nutting began his career as an investment banker, most recently at Credit Suisse, where he advised private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in executing leveraged finance, equity capital markets and M&A transactions, and previously at Merrill Lynch and CIBC Oppenheimer.

Mr. Lipshutz has more than 37 years of experience as a private equity investor and corporate lending professional. Since joining Revelstoke as an Operating Partner in 2014, he is responsible for debt capital markets as well as acquisition and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Revelstoke, Mr. Lipshutz co-founded a lower middle market private equity firm, sourcing capital from a select group of family office investors. For 14 years, Mr. Lipshutz was a Director at KRG Capital Partners, a Denver-based middle market private equity firm. At KRG, Mr. Lipshutz led the deal origination and marketing functions and was a senior deal team/board member on companies in various industry sectors. Mr. Lipshutz spent the first 16 years of his career as a corporate lender, primarily with Nations Bank/Bank of America in Los Angeles, including 8 years involved in cash flow lending for private equity-backed M&A transactions.

Prior to KSL, Mr. Bennett was a Controller at Pershing Square Capital Management in New York. Mr. Bennett began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to Goldman Sachs in their hedge fund administration group.

Mr. Cavanaugh currently serves as CEO of Family Care Center, a multi-site behavior health provider and a Revelstoke portfolio company. Mr. Cavanaugh has invested in, led, advised and/or founded several high growth, multi-site health and wellness companies. He currently serves as an advisor to Revelstoke Portfolio company US Renal Care. Mr. Cavanaugh is also the founder of Ninja Nation, a youth-oriented fitness concept. In addition to his operations experience, Mr. Cavanaugh has deep experience in private equity, having previously served as a Vice President at KRG Capital Partners. With a passion for building scalable health and wellness companies led by high performing leadership teams and outstanding company cultures, Mr. Cavanaugh has completed over $5 billion in investment transactions.

Mr. Cavanaugh holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a finance degree from DePaul University.

Ms. Dombro currently serves as Chief of Strategic Growth for Upstream Rehabilitation Inc., a Revelstoke portfolio company. Ms. Dombro has significant experience developing and operationalizing value-based care models which accelerate organic growth, expand operating margins, and improve the patient and provider experience. Prior to Upstream, Ms. Dombro served as Chief Experience & Innovation Officer for agilon health where she had responsibility for organic growth, strategic health plan relationships and global risk arrangements with national and regional health plans as well as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center. Prior to that she led healthcare delivery system transformation through renal, orthopedics, and neurosurgery service providers. Ms. Dombro is also a champion of female equity initiatives including the opportunity to create equity in compensation and leadership roles for female providers through value-based care models and working parent support resources.

Ms. Dombro is a graduate of Miami University.

Mr. Kuerbitz currently serves as CEO of Upstream Rehabilitation Inc, a Revelstoke portfolio company. Mr. Kuerbitz has significant experience leading multi-site, provider-based healthcare organizations; prior to Upstream, he was the founding CEO of agilon health and led the development of the company from its inception. Under his leadership, agilon’s revenues grew eight-fold as operations expanded to partnering with 1,200 physicians serving 150,000 patients. Prior to joining agilon health, Mr. Kuerbitz was the CEO of Fresenius Medical Care North America. In that capacity, he led Fresenius’ growth from $9 billion to $13 billion in revenue.  

Mr. Kuerbitz is a graduate of Albion College and received a J.D. from Yale Law School. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.

Mr. Prast currently serves as CTO/CIO of AeroCare Holdings Inc., focusing on technology operations & strategy and product development. He has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare technology sector. Before AeroCare, Albert held the following positions:  SVP at UnitedHealth Group, CTO of the Cloud at Optum, CIO/CTO of Connextions Inc., and CTO/CIO of Rotech Medical Corporation. Albert is an executive who brings technical and operational experience from the payer, provider, and delivery sides of Healthcare. Most of the companies where he has served experienced rapid expansion that required the organizations to scale quickly and efficiently, both technically and operationally. He is an active investor in Healthcare and technology, bringing his expertise to the board of companies, including Datalink Software, Revel Health, Nucleus Health, VectorCare, and others.

Mr. Prast received his A.B. of Economics from the University of Michigan, as well as an MBA from Rollins College.

Mr. Steil is the Founder of ATI Physical Therapy. Mr. Steil built ATI Physical Therapy from one clinic to over 550 clinics across 19 states. Mr. Steil founded ATI Physical Therapy in 1996 and successfully managed the business through four private equity sale transactions. Mr. Steil served as CEO for 18 years and Chairman for two years. Mr. Steil brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in clinic-based healthcare operations as well as a track record of add-on acquisitions and organic de novo clinic growth. Additionally, Mr. Steil serves as a mentor to the Telluride Venture Accelerator program.

Mr. Steil earned a B.A. in Biology with an emphasis on exercise physiology from Washington University in St. Louis.
