With 35+ years of experience in human resources, including nearly two decades as a CHRO at publicly traded and privately held companies, Ms. Whitley-Taylor has been a strategic advisor to numerous CEOs on improving the effectiveness of the HR and people organizations. She has extensive experience in private equity, including leading complex IPO processes for PE-backed organizations, and has redefined the HR function for global organizations across multiple industries. She excels in building and aligning culture, governance, structures, and rewards to maximize human capital potential.
Most recently, as EVP & Chief People Officer, Ms. Whitley-Taylor led the 20,000 plus employees of Change Healthcare, Inc. through its acquisition by UnitedHealth Group and continued as a Strategic Advisor to facilitate the organizational, talent, and cultural integration as well as coach the executive team. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President and CHRO for Amerigroup Corporation, driving strategic and operational planning for the company’s people strategies and providing development and support for 6,800 employees in 13 states. Currently, Ms. Whitley-Taylor serves as a Strategic Advisor to MyNextSeason, a company that provides executive coaching and assists individuals with important career transitions.
