Denver, CO – Revelstoke Capital Partners (“Revelstoke”), a Denver-based private equity firm, has completed an investment in Crossroads Holding, LLC (“Crossroads” or the “Company”).
Crossroads, based in Greenville, South Carolina, is a leading regional provider of substance abuse treatment services through its outpatient treatment clinics in the southeastern United States. Crossroads provides physician oversight, counseling and medication-assisted treatment through its nationally-accredited outpatient program that delivers effective and affordable treatment for persons suffering from opioid dependence. Revelstoke will provide Crossroads strategic guidance and additional capital to accelerate its organic growth, pursue selective acquisitions and continue to leverage its scalable business model.
